Yesterday, I got the news that ABOUT THAT NIGHT is the Contemporary Readers’ Nominee in the DABWAHA March Madness tournament. Thanks so much to all who voted for it!
For those of you who aren’t familiar with DABWAHA, or who’ve maybe heard about it but never participated, basically, it’s a March Madness-style tournament of romance novels. Anyone can participate–I believe it’s open internationally–and it’s tons of fun. Plus there are lots of chances to win some very cool prizes!
In a nutshell, romance novels are pitted against each other in various rounds, and people vote for the books they want to advance. Much trash-talking, among both authors and readers, ensues. So if you have some favorite books from 2012, this is your chance to get in on the fun and yell and cheer for them to win. (Plus, remember, there are prizes.)
To enter, you need to fill out your DABWAHA bracket–which is styled just like the NCAA basketball tournament–and choose who you think the winners will be. You can enter your bracket by clicking on this link. More information about the tournament, including the full roster of nominees and the prizes, can be found at the DABWAHA site. Note that entries are due by March 19 at 11:59:00 AM ET.
P.S. For those of you who loved Kyle, the infamous ex-con/billionaire heir/Twitter Terrorist hero of About That Night, he’d be more than happy to have your DABWAHA vote. : )
Good luck to all who enter!
